Prepare for Day 1: New Associate Experience

Get ready for your first day at Easterseals Southern California.

Welcome! We are so excited that you're joining Easterseals Southern California!

We are leading the way to full equity, inclusion, and access through life-changing disability and community services. And now you’re becoming part of that journey!

Here’s some information to get you ready. 

Preparing for the New Associate Experience

During the New Associate Experience meeting you will learn all about Easterseals Southern California and receive all the information you need to feel at home. 

Here’s what you can expect: 

Online

  • You can join with your Easterseals device or a personal device. If you are using a personal device, download Microsoft Teams.
  • Dress in business-casual attire.
  • Be ready to have your camera on for some sessions.
  • Participation is rewarded! This will be a fun and informative day.
  • Get ready to share a fun fact about yourself in the chat. 

In person

  • Bring your equipment with you to the office.
  • Dress in business-casual attire.
  • Park anywhere in the front parking lot.
  • Experience an exciting and fun day where you get to meet your new Easterseals co-workers!

Log-in credentials: You will find this information in your Welcome Letter or receive it from your manager.
