Angels Spirit Takes Over the Pyott Center
Participants and staff alike donned their favorite Angels Baseball gear to greet the six-foot-four pitcher, who towered over his admirers. Natera Jr. played Angels trivia with participants, signed autographs and posed for photos before everyone enjoyed lunch together. Attendees also received Angels T-shirts and other giveaway items.
“Samy's visit brought excitement, laughter and friendly competition,” said Maria Vega, Director, Adult Day Services, Pyott Center. “Our participants had an amazing time playing trivia, sharing their knowledge and cheering each other on. It was a memorable experience for everyone. There were a lot of smiles.”
"I really like that I got the opportunity to get Samy's autograph,” said Ed. “and that he asked questions about baseball and tested my knowledge."
