Arman Khodaei is an entrepreneur and dedicated advocate for autistic individuals. He has been leading a thriving autism group for over 15 years, which has grown to include over 2,200 members. Arman's autism group has become a valuable resource for autistic individuals providing support, information, and opportunities for social connection. He offers a free ZOOM group every Wednesday which can be found on Meetup.
In addition, Arman has also started his own business called Project: Spectrum Connection. This is a social activity program for adults. Arman is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can build friendships, learn new skills, and have fun. He is committed to fair pay and has recently hired his first employee, another autistic person, at a starting rate of $25 per hour.
Arman also enjoys playing the card game Dominion and attending social dances. Arman is a strong believer in the power of community and the importance of creating spaces where individuals can feel accepted and valued for who they are.
