Dr. Jacqueline Ganley, Ed.D.., BCBA, is Sr. Vice President, Clinical Operations, Autism Services for Easterseals Southern California (ESSC).
In that capacity, she oversees the clinical operations of the non-profit’s Autism Therapy Services, which serves more than 27,000 individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families throughout Southern California.
Ganley’s career in human and social services spans almost three decades, with more than 25 years of experience specifically working with individuals with ASD.
She joined Easterseals Autism Therapy Services in 2012, initially as Director of Educational and Professional Development for Autism Services, managing university partnerships, internships and the oversight of all BCBA supervision in the agency.
She advanced to Regional VP of Behavioral Services, ABA, Autism Services, in 2015, overseeing clinical operations in Los Angeles, Ventura and Kern counties; and assumed her current position in 2026.
As part of her responsibilities at ESSC, Ganley also leads applied research in organizational behavior management and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve services for individuals with ASD, primarily using single-case designs, with additional experience in group designs, case studies, qualitative research and mixed-methods approaches.
Her doctoral dissertation focused on identifying resources needed by working mothers in social services to meet the demands of their work and family roles.
A board-certified Behavior Analyst in California since 2007, Ganley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychobiology, with a minor in applied developmental psychology, from the University of California, Los Angeles; a Master of Science degree in psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University of Los Angeles; and her Doctorate of Education degree in organizational leadership in 2016 from the University of La Verne.
