Meghan Herron, M.S., BCBA

Meghan Herron is the Director of Research Operations at Easterseals Southern California. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in education & applied psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara as well as a master’s degree in counseling, applied behavior analysis, from California State University, Los Angeles.  She has worked in the field of ABA since 2004 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2013.

Meghan’s research interests include organizational behavior management (OBM) topics such as staff retention, supervision and training, Functional Analysis and severe behaviors, ABA service outcomes, and health, sports, and fitness (HSF) interventions. She has published her research in the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management and Behavior Analysis: Research and Practice. She has also presented her work at numerous professional conferences. Meghan has worked in the field of ABA for over 20 years providing services for individuals diagnosed with autism, adults with disabilities living in residential homes, athletes seeking to improve sports performance, and private clients with various health and fitness goals.
