Becoming a Behavior Interventionist (BI) is a great way to begin a meaningful career in behavioral health.

As a BI, you’ll work one-on-one with children who have autism, providing therapy in their homes using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You’ll help them build important life skills—and you’ll grow your own skills, too!

What You’ll Get When You Start:

• Part-time jobs with free training
• Flexible hours

• A clear path to become a Registered Behavior Technician
• Raises twice a year
• Paid drive time and mileage
• Guaranteed minimum hours (usually 15–20 per week)
