12:00 pm: Doors open for a pre-show reception, networking and photo opportunities.
2:30 pm: Bars and food stations will close as guests are escorted to their seats for the program
3:00 pm: Awards Show begins
Attire
Dress to impress. Guests are encouraged to celebrate the occasion in attire that makes them feel confident and ready for this special event.
Parking and Arrival Information
Complimentary on-site parking will be available for guests.
Will Call and Check-In
All attendees will need to check in at the event Will Call, with a government-issued ID that matches the name on our list. Additional information will be shared with guests closer to the date.

An Easterseals Sensory Space will be available at the show, which offers a calm welcoming environment for guests that need support. Guests can expect: flexible seating options, calming lights/visual feature, sensory tools and fidget, weighted lap pads and aromatherapy support.
