Peer-to-Peer Social Group

Discover Connection and Community Through Shared Interests

Easterseals Southern California’s Peer-to-Peer Social Group is a dynamic, participant-led program that brings individuals with disabilities together to explore shared interests and build meaningful connections. 

As part of our Adult Day Services, this program offers both virtual and in-person opportunities to socialize, learn, and have fun twice a month.

Engaging Activities:

• Virtual games and music appreciation
• Light exercise and wellness activities
• Social media training
• Using public transportation
• Current events discussions

Topics of Interest:

• Community safety awareness
• Accessing community resources
• Self-advocacy
• Social skills
• Health and wellness
• Volunteer opportunities

Adventures in the Greater Los Angeles Area:

• Los Angeles Zoo
• The Huntington Library
• Knott’s Berry Farm
• Local museums and more!

And anything else participants want to explore!

Who Can Join?

Participants must be:

• 18 years or older
• Seeking to build independence and social skills
• Able to walk independently or with support
• Independent with personal care in community settings
• Must be able to arrange transportation to and from activities
