Our Programs

Coordinated Life Services (CLS)

Coordinated Life Services provides intensive, person-centered driven support to individuals who are at risk of being placed out of home and/or who need help with accessing regional center or community resources.

The service goals are to:

  • Ensure that the person has a reliable, and coordinated support network
  • Improve access to essential support services such as therapies, health and behavioral health services, education, legal, housing, government assistance
  • Help individuals remain in their communities of choice
  • Enhance overall quality of life

Independent Living Services (ILS)

Empowering Individuals to Thrive at Home and in the Community
Independent Living Services support individuals with developmental disabilities who live with family members. Through personalized support delivered at home and in local communities, ILS helps individuals build skills for greater independence. This service is ideal for those who need minimal to moderate support.

Coordinated Family Services (CFS)

Guiding Families Through Complex Care Journeys
CFS offers personalized planning, advocacy, and resource navigation for families caring for a loved one with developmental disabilities. The program helps families maintain stability and well-being while building sustainable care plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

Residential Services

A Home with Heart

Residential Services are specialized homes that provide a warm, supportive environment for individuals with significant medical and behavioral needs. With a person-centered approach, this service emphasizes choice, dignity, and meaningful daily experiences for those who qualify to live in our homes.

Residents receive 24/7 support from trained Easterseals staff, along with access to medical, therapeutic, nutritional, recreational, and behavioral professionals—365 days a year.

Supported Living (SLS)

Independence with the Right Level of Support
SLS enables individuals to live in homes of their own with customized support that ranges from occasional assistance to intensive 24/7 care.

Services are designed around each person’s lifestyle, goals, and evolving needs. Read Living Options Stories of Success. For more information, contact us
