Strides 2026: Celebrate Disability Pride

Celebrate 26 Years of Strides!

Join us for our 26th annual Strides 5k run and 3k family fun walk on Saturday, November 7, at El Dorado East Regional Park in Long Beach! Strides is a celebration of disability pride and community spirit that brings people together to raise awareness and funds for Easterseals Southern California. 

Every step taken helps support the vital services we provide each year for more than 30,000 people and their families, including early childhood programs, autism services, daily and independent living services for adults, employment services, and more.
